→What habits and practices can I reliably engage in?
→When it comes to compassion for my thoughts, what is important to me?
Next, you will determine specific goals for working with self-compassion for your thoughts. Choose one or two points that stand out as most important to you in this regard, and list them in your notebook. You will use these to create your goals and plan.
